Shaft mounting

The pulley is mounted on a straight shaft where no orientation of the pulley on its own shaft is possible.

Swivel mounting

The angle of the pulley can be modified (30° max) to change the rope direction. The pulley is directly mounted on a shaft with a spherical ball head. When the pulley angle is determined the pulley is locked with the locking nut.

Seal hub mounting

For contaminated areas like wet press, coating station or size press, the pulley is mounted with a shield and allowes greasing by the shaf to prevent bearing failures. Optional, a stainless steel system is more efficient, but also more expensive. 

T-ARM

The T-ARM is made in solid steel with black powder treatment to avoid rust formation. Two mounting holes and screws are available on the T-arm head to allow a proper pulley axis tightening.
